About app
All on one platform
One of Cliq's biggest advantages is offering unlimited access to music, audiobooks, games, sports, series, and movies. We developed a native mobile and TV solution for cliq.de to ensure that they can provide a seamless experience to all users, no matter their choice of entertainment.
We needed to provide the customers of cliq.de with a new all-in-one solution for engaging with different types of content on their phones, whether Android or iOS. Our main focus was to build a streamlined, modern mobile application that would provide high-quality experience for features provisioned by the existing backend API layer.
As for TV, we first took over the existing apps and improved their functionality and stability. Then we continued developing new features so that Android TV and Fire TV (and Tizen later on) users could use a streamlined, modern TV application that caters to their needs.
Both applications are developed with an hybrid/agile approach, to ensure high flexibility and performance, according to the client's business needs and priorities.

The app is unique for its multiple content options — one can stream selected movies, series and live channels, listen to music or audiobooks, or play games, all on the same platform.
Casting the content
To access bigger or other screens, one can easily cast selected content via Chromecast or Airplay.
Games on TV screens
The platform offers a generous selection of games ready to be played on mobile devices but also on Smart TVs.
Kids mode
A secure Kids mode ensures the little ones watch content appropriate for them, and the option can only be deactivated with a code.
